Duties: Evaluates complex user requests, projects, and clarifies objectives and functional requirements for new or modified computer programs.

Improves/sustains embedded system software using specialized domain knowledge and developed business expertise. Implement solutions to support the business in a highly distributed .NET application infrastructure. Design, implement, test, and support a critical application with 24x7x365 availability.

Provide expertise in web-based, cloud-based, and distributed computing environment. Provide technical leadership to less experienced team members, including offshore resources. Leverage agile methodologies with a strong ability to interpret requirements and design solutions to fit those requirements. Interact with business and technology team across the enterprise to deliver solutions to business needs and problems.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $147,345 to $214,700 per year

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 4 years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Position requires 4 years of related experience which must include some experience in each of the following skills: Object-oriented programming in C#; Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, WCF, Web API, (ASP.NET), .NET Core Framework, Web Services, JSON, SOAP, REST, HTML5, and AngularJs; Building REST services ASP.NET Web API; Utilizing source control and CI/CD automated build processing and experience with branching/merging using code repositories; Angular SPA web development practices; Code analysis and scanning capabilities that detect any code vulnerabilities; and Test frameworks like XUnit, MSTest, and Jasmine to write unit tests for front-end and back-end applications.
