KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting practice.
Lead ServiceNow ITOM projects involving strategy, implementation support and optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security and data integrity for the applications
Work with client stakeholders to document baseline current state
Service Delivery operations
Lead the day-to-day activities of ServiceNow ITOM advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, implementation lifecycle support and project reviews
Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the ServiceNow ITOM application
Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
Implementation plans for deploying the ITOM product
Minimum five years of recent experience with ServiceNow or other Case Management, Knowledge Management Applications
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
Full life cycle ITOM and Service delivery implementation experience with large complex client delivery
Lead Project Planning, requirements gathering, design sessions and full deployment life cycle
Detailed understanding of ITOM, CMDB and Discovery processes and best practices
Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
Ability to travel as needed and applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Colorado Salary Statement:
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
Colorado Salary Range: Low: $83000 - High: $168500
