KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead ServiceNow ITOM projects involving strategy, implementation support and optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security and data integrity for the applications

  • Work with client stakeholders to document baseline current state

Service Delivery operations

  • Lead the day-to-day activities of ServiceNow ITOM advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, implementation lifecycle support and project reviews

  • Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the ServiceNow ITOM application

  • Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel

  • Implementation plans for deploying the ITOM product

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience with ServiceNow or other Case Management, Knowledge Management Applications

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

  • Full life cycle ITOM and Service delivery implementation experience with large complex client delivery

  • Lead Project Planning, requirements gathering, design sessions and full deployment life cycle

  • Detailed understanding of ITOM, CMDB and Discovery processes and best practices

  • Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level

  • Ability to travel as needed and applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Colorado Salary Statement:

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: Low: $83000 - High: $168500

This individual will manage the ServiceNow Security Operations implementations including Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response. Projects are fast-paced and facilitated in a team atmosphere. This individual would be responsible for leading our team to deliver consulting services including solution development, project leadership, business development, managing client service delivery, and handle other duties assigned by employer. Responsibilities: * Support pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, project scoping and lead proof of concepts * Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience of running a Security Operations program * Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow for supporting their Security Operation program * Lead project implementation & oversee architectural design, while working directly with our Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and team of Developers to ensure project delivery is on track * Facilitate project introduction, kick-off meetings & weekly client status meetings, while creating and managing project timeline * Provide guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration * Provide final quality assurance reviews of all deliverables * Design and deliver end user training * Expand clients vision and opportunities to drive additional business value through ServiceNow Desired Skills: * Certified System Administrator (CSA) * Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Incident Response * Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response Qualifications: * 5+ years' experience in a professional environment * 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation * ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator experience * Knowledge of ServiceNow's Security Operation solutions of Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response * Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time * Experience providing business/operations/technical consulting to senior leaders of organization * Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels * Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time * Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills * Working knowledge of project planning and project management methods and tools * Willingness to travel a minimum of 30%, when safe to do so #LI-Remote Our Benefits: At Crowe, we know that great people are what makes a great firm.
