As an important member of the Franchise Sales Operations team, Senior Manager / Man-ager of Franchise Sales Operations will be responsible to support the Sales Leadership team in achieving key business objectives and sales operations support. Key job duties include planning, coordinating and managing sales team operational support, escalation point for sales team operational needs, and serves as business liaison to Sales, Marketing and Commercial Acceleration functions in the implementation of new initiatives and ongoing support of the sales team to ensure field adoption and performance. This position will play a critical role in the evolution of the CRM franchise and help facilitate and plan for the launch of newly acquired assets.

This role will include key direct responsibilities, including:

Support the Associate Director, FSO with weekly/monthly sales leadership calls, implementation of field initiatives, communication of field force performance, contest rollout, IC attestation/training, vacancy management, compliance, sample management, etc.

Assist in coordination and support the field force in the execution of projects related to sales operations such as targeting updates / CP&T, sales reporting platforms, and logistic coordination of Regional/National Sales Meetings including launch meetings and business review meetings.

Support the Associate Director, FSO in sales force restructure(s), new asset integration, and potential future indication / launches.

Proactively monitor business performance and execution; identify issues/opportunities and recommend solutions/course correction tactics as needed in conjunction with Commercial Acceleration team leads.

Ensure stakeholder alignment across field leadership in implementing and tracking field-driven initiatives

Serve as escalation point from field sales teams, if the designated help desk/field inquiry process is not satisfying field needs and agreed turn-around-times, or common field issues are identified that needs resolution by Comm Ops/other delivery teams.

Deliver franchise-specific communications in collaboration with the Associate Director, FSO as it relates to field personnel guidance, policy changes, sales operations tasks, sales bulletins, etc. as determined by franchise sales leadership.

Serve as liaison to the Commercial Acceleration functional delivery teams for escalation of support needs, new projects, or new process recommendations to ensure field satisfaction and performance for the franchise.

Assist the Associate Director, FSO to create and manage processes to streamline workflow, adapts to continuous changes, prioritizes tasks, and stays ahead of the planning process.

Work with key business partners across functions to ensure appropriate support levels

Lead or co-lead special initiatives and projects within the CRM franchise to drive key business results (through strong project planning and management)

Assist the Associate Director, FSO with managing the CSO team.

Bachelor's Degree is required

5+ years plus of commercial related experience is required.

Demonstrates strong ability to develop in operations, execution and project management

Knowledge of internal organizational process and procedures

Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnosis business issues and incorporate into development or adjustment of strategies, plans and tactics to achieve business objectives

Excellent business/commercial acumen needed; demonstrates ability to self-start, initiate and to deal with ambiguities

Experienced in establishing and cultivating relationships; able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and partners across the organization

Uses diverse and varied approaches to persuade, negotiate and influence operational decisions

Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and in a team structure; maintain strong cross-functional ties with key business partners

Proven track record of developing and managing multiple tasks
