We are looking for a smart, driven individual to join our Operations team. You must be interested in solving interesting and challenging problems, scaling our business capabilities to help us reach the next level in our growth, and optimizing processes to reduce inefficiency. As a strategist in the Operations team, you will need to collaborate with key internal and external business partners to make decisions about product offerings, service capabilities and supply chain processes. This is a high-visibility role that requires interacting with C-Level Executives, Product/Engineering, Customer Experience, Channel Sales and Marketing as well as key suppliers. In this role, you will have direct impact on the growth and profitability of our company.
EXAMPLES OF RECENT PROJECTS:
Create and launch new product offerings in multiple retail categories representing $1B+ revenue opportunity
Road map and execute a plan for a new service platform that reduces turnaround time by 50% while reducing costs
Establish supply chain network in new geographies to support retailers expanding outside continental US
Evaluate and pilot new suppliers and capabilities to improve customer experience and service costs.
Build dashboards to monitor operational and financial key performance indicators, partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive improvements

Problem solver with experience in operations, process improvement and supplier/stakeholder management
Self-starter who is driven to make an impact on the business: you're scrappy and don't give up
Great team-player with ability to work in cross-functional organization
BA or BS from top school required. MS in Operations, Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistic or other advanced degree from a top school a plus
Minimum of 2+ years of work experience (excluding internships) is required.
Preferred backgrounds: top performing individuals with experience in management consulting, corporate/business strategy, business operations and analytical strategy roles.
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required; Knowledge of SPSS, Tableau, SQL is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to drive fact-based decision making
A "go-getter" with strong record of rolling up sleeves and tactical execution.
