Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • High School or equivalent preferably supplemented by courses in: quantity cooking and baking, safety and sanitation, supervision, nutrition and menu planning, and work simplification • Three years of paid experience in quantity food preparation and serving, preferably including six months in a supervisory or lead capacity in the Bonita Unified School District. • Current ANSI approved Food Safety Manager Certification is required.
