This leadership role will be responsible for assisting in the overall direction of Business Services' approach to the critical vertical markets which represent major opportunities for revenue and product growth. Dotted line responsibility for the attainment of the revenue goals and must lead a team of individuals who display entrepreneurial skills in creating new revenue opportunities. This position is focused on the development and implementation of a strategic plan to guide the Account Executives and Sales Leaders to successfully attain revenue goals for specific verticals. This individual is also responsible for ensuring the dissemination of best practices throughout the organization in regards to these major vertical markets.
Supervise department requirements and all human resource aspect of the Commercial Account Executives.
Main objective is to lead a team to maximize new Monthly Recurring Revenue from vertical accounts and retain existing customers through development and direction of sales force and sales engineer.
Assist in the continued development, refinement and goal setting of Vertical markets; the main goal to improve products and solutions targeting Verticals in order to maintain and maximize revenue.
Assist the team of Subject Matter Experts in strategy and preparation of proposals and negotiation with senior management representatives.
Establish reporting to track success of the focused efforts.
Maintain excellent rapport with corporate and community leaders.
Assist in forecasting and maintaining department budget.
Work in a safe positive manner

Bachelor's degree or related field or commensurate experience.
Minimum four (4) years cable or telephony experience.
Minimum 3 years managing an outside sales team
Strong familiarity with PCs and spreadsheet, database and word processing software. Networking a plus.
