Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and address knowledge gaps and skill development needs across teams, providing targeted training solutions
Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather product information and insights to enhance training content
Develop and implement training strategies and programs for internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure a deep understanding of KION North America products and services
Create engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and job aids
Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, delivering effective and interactive training experiences
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to drive continuous improvement
Build relationships with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, product management, and customer support teams to align training initiatives with business objectives
Monitor and track training metrics and provide regular reports to management on the impact and ROI of training programs
Support the onboarding process by delivering product training to new hires ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market changes to continuously improve training programs
