Overview of the Role:

The Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for the day to day management of the Sales Operations Associates. The associates are primarily responsible for setting meetings for Sales Directors in all of Privia's markets, through cold calls, navigating stalled accounts, and working inbound leads. Additionally, this team scrubs and qualifies new data while supporting bottom of the funnel activities. Day to day operations of the associates will report directly to the Manager, Sales Operations who will be responsible for directing ongoing training and development to raise the market and product knowledge, and general sales acumen of the Sales Operations Associates.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Manage day to day operations of Sales Operations Associates

  • Oversee Salesforce adherence by Field and Associate Team

  • Coordinate with internal departments including legal, finance, population health, network development, and revenue cycle management

  • Work with Field Sales Directors and Market Regional Vice Presidents

  • Develop training and development programs for Sales Operations team

  • Develop mini-trainings for field sales teams on relevant industry topics

  • Support prospective physician visits to headquarters

  • Attend and contribute to Marketing & Sales prospect events

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 3+ years of sales experience required; healthcare sales experience preferred

  • Demonstrable experience managing an inside sales team, providing training and development, and proven track record of supporting team to hit sales goals

  • Experience managing utilization of CRM; preferably Salesforce, including account segmentation, analysis, and pipeline management

  • Willing to travel locally and nationally

  • Must comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations

Operations Managers are not eligible for direct promotion to Store Manager. Candidates with a short-term goal of becoming a CVS Store Manager should instead apply for Store Manager in Training openings. Essential Functions: 1. Management * Lead others and work effectively with store crews * Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew * Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner * Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement 2.
