We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Manager to join our growing Sales team. This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our Denver office. You will work with the sales team and is responsible for leading, building and developing an outbound-focused team of Sales Development Representatives. You will play a pivotal role in hiring, training, and mentoring SDRs while optimizing processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
This hybrid position will be out of our Denver office at least once a week.
This position reports to the RVP of Sales Development and Account Management.
You Will:
Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
Hire new SDRs, ensuring they have the knowledge, and tools needed to succeed.
Mentor SDRs on sales methodologies, objection handling, and best practices for outbound prospecting.
Develop and refine sales development processes to increase conversion rates and improve the efficiency of the SDR team.
Monitor and analyze metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance and provide regular reports to management on pipeline development.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to agree on lead qualification, follow-up processes, and campaign strategies.
Implement and use sales technologies (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms) to track activities and manage the pipeline.
You Have:
3+ years experience as an SDR Manager or in a similar role managing a SDR team.
Exeperience with managing a team towards achieving targets.
Experience with sales development processes, outbound prospecting strategies, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Proficiency in analyzing data and translating metrics into relevant insights.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field (preferred).
