Manages a team responsible for the planning and implementation of projects that support the sales and account management organization. Develops, tracks and analyzes sales targets and performance.
Manages various sales and planning processes. Administers sales-related compensation plans. Prepare annual budget, quarterly and monthly financial forecast and monthly spending reports.
Collects, evaluates and analyzes moderately complex sales data. Tracks key North America performance metrics and trends. Communicates financial and operational performance to management and field.
Conducts simple financial analyses and evaluates financial performance. Leads Sales Planning team and provides guidance to Sales Planning Managers. Champions system improvements, increased automation and workflow that facilitates operations and improved reporting.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 years related experience preferred; 5 years prior management/supervisory experience preferred. Experience in financial planning and budgeting. Extensive account knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical software skills in Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Ability to delegate work to subordinate employees; proven leadership ability.
