Manager Sales Account - Central Sales East

Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for selling boxed beef and/or boxed pork in volume to larger key accounts within a specific region.

Other duties include communicate and understand significant customer information and market conditions; properly and efficiently execute all administrative responsibilities; assisting in office management to include leading and coaching internal Sr. Sales Specialists; hiring and training of clerical staff and conducting annual performance reviews; responsible for daily sales and service center activities in the absence of the Service Center President.

LOCATION: This position will be based out of our Springdale, Arkansas office. Relocation assistance may be available for those who qualify based on the Tyson Relocation Policy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years related experience or equivalent combination of both.

• Experience: 3+ years' sales experience (beef or pork) and/or prior Tyson Fresh Meats product related experience.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.

• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.

• Special Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

• Travel: Minimal travel.
