The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita's revenue cycle, working with teams across the company to grow revenue and improve bottom-line performance.

What Will You Do?

As a manager of billing you will develop strategies to improve billing efficiency and accuracy, support our speed to claim acceptance, and reduce manual claim intervention!

Essential Functions:

  • Strong leadership foundation with experience coaching, leading, and training teammates to grow their performance and skillset.

  • Ability to manage and analyze multiple inventories with a strong ability to address top issues, provide proactive communication, prioritize appropriately, and meet targeted deadlines.

  • Action-oriented doer who sees themselves as a combination of contributor and leader as they move their organization successfully down strategic pathways.

  • Ability to challenge the status quo to identify and drive transformative change to improve our ROPS goals.

  • Strong foundational business/revenue cycle knowledge to support problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.

Other Duties:

  • Lead the DaVita Way: Champions purpose, connection & belonging.

  • Collaborates with other leaders to develop a strong understanding of key business priorities.

  • Model, coach, and influence effective & timely problem resolution across all levels of leadership.

  • Create and maintain robust and collaborative working relationships with key partners to support improvements across ROPS and payer issues.
