As a member of the Revenue Management (RM) BT team, the candidate will deliver enterprise solutions and technology innovation to drive business success across the Patient and Health Impact organization. Specifically, this role supports RMBT Business Operations (BizOps), which owns, operates, supports, and enhances systems and processes for Revenue Management BT - on premise and in the cloud. Systems include a blend of SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) and non-SOX systems.

The successful candidate will:

  • Support ModelN software, SOX audits and compliance efforts throughout the year with the goal of achieving 'Good' ratings for all audits.

  • Own testing for Revenue Management BT ModelN BizOps with the mandate to optimize and transform automated testing and prepare for automated testing in the cloud / SaaS platforms.

  • Work with BT and business leads across multiple work streams to implement ModelN support efficiencies to achieve operational cost savings and process improvements (CI) for both BT and business processes in the supported systems.

  • Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for Operations team for all bot/RPA (Robotic Process Automation)

Role Responsibilities

Support SOX audit and compliance efforts throughout the year with the goal of achieving 'Good' ratings for all audits.

  • Perform compliance controls throughout the year

  • Facilitate data gathering for audits

  • Own 'Contracts' related functional area for audit and compliance (RFCs, approvals)

Own testing for Revenue Management BT BizOps with the mandate to optimize and transform automated testing and prepare for automated testing in the cloud / SaaS platforms.

  • Manage BTAMS testing: unit, system, and integration testing

  • Manage / direct BTAMS conversion of manual tests to automated tests

  • Design, develop and implement the FLEX testing strategy as we move to the cloud (RMaaS and RMaaS Testing Service (RTS))

Work with BT and business leads across multiple work streams to implement efficiencies to achieve operational cost savings and process improvements (CI) for both BT and business processes in the supported systems, especially around audit, SOD, FOD process compliance.

Serve as POC for Operations team for all bot/RPA (Robotic Process Automation) deployments to supported Operations systems, coordinating upgrades and associated testing, securing budget, and planning for future bot/RPA implementations.

Own Chargeback and AMM support for BizOps team, working with RMBT client partner.

Communications Responsibilities

  • Ensures effective, accurate and timely communication across the portfolio; prepares and delivers regular updates on project status, both in written and presentation format, to sponsors, business leaders and stakeholder groups.

Financial Management Responsibilities

  • Partners with the BizOps colleagues, Revenue Management BT Business Partners, and business colleagues to craft and finalize the annual operating plan.

  • Works with the budget owners regularly to plan and execute on funding priorities and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3+ years ITIL experience

  • 3+ years of experience with audit and compliance; SOX audit experience a plus

  • 5+ years of experience leading medium to large, complex I.T. programs

  • 3+ years with systems testing methods and tools

  • 3+ years leading contractor / contractor teams

  • Deep and practical understanding of systems release management processes

  • Contracting and Revenue Management area systems support and knowledge of Model N/Revitas FLEX and SAP systems is a plus.

  • Strong project delivery skills with experience in leading small to medium initiatives with a focus on testing, automation, compliance, and interfaces

  • Strong diplomacy skills; able to navigate a difficult political environment

  • Experience in full SDLC for enterprise systems
