Work closely with market leaders to proactively identify trends, providing regular and ad hoc reporting to support strategic direction Effectively manage a comprehensive portfolio of market assignments. Drive market compliance around all corporate driven pricing/inventory management initiatives Maximize radio station revenue by setting, adjusting, and monitoring all advertising pricing, inventory and demand-generating activities. Analyze historical data and collect market information to set optimal pricing strategy for each daypart and station Implement comprehensive revenue maximizing strategies by working with key pricing and inventory systems to best leverage Urban One / Radio One products Evaluate and set the optimal level of inventory for each station (by week and by daypart) Compare and track current to prior year account and category information in order to identify attrition or growth trends Work closely with the Market/Regional Presidents, Director of Sales, Sales and Traffic Managers to obtain information on pricing trends, market conditions, and client demand in order to develop, implement, and communicate appropriate pricing, inventory and forecasting strategies for the cluster Analyze historical pricing and inventory data to set prices, clocks, and demand curves for all available inventory Assume the responsibility of station pricing as necessary < /> REQUIRED SKILLS:

Deep knowledge of supply and demand economics Ability to formulate pricing plans based on your own comprehensive data analysis coupled with feedback provided by the Sales Management team Strong ability to effectively problem solve and apply thorough analytical skills to work through challenges Very solid understanding of product sales and/or hands on experience in product sales Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills Ability to collaborate at all levels within an organization Ability to listen and be flexible while also holding team members accountable for decisions and deliverables Highly developed software skills (Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new pricing systems and processes Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to requests in a timely fashion Exemplary attention to detail Ability to handle tight deadlines and related pressures Ability to work independently or in a team setting Willingness to travel EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: A college degree is preferred 5 years previous Revenue Management or related experience required Previous management experience preferred Knowledge in the following industries, radio, digital, marketing, advertising, a plus BENEFITS Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Plan Options 401k Paid Vacation Time and a Competitive Holiday Schedule Pre-Tax Transit Benefit (DC metro area only) and Flexible Spending Accounts We are an Equal Opportunity Employer

VIEW JOBS 1/12/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-11T00:00 JOB PURPOSE: Working under the direction of the Director of Revenue Integrity, the Audit and Compliance Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating the Audit activities relevant to Piedmont Healthcare hospital claims. This position will manage, coordinate, and monitor external audits including RAC, ADR, and CERT requests, finding and appeals, as well as any Prepay probes received from payers. Will serve as the central point person for all government claim recovery activities, including Additional Documentation Requests (ADR) from the Hospital's Medicare Administration Contractor ("MAC"), Medicare's Comprehensive Error Rate Testing ("CERT") Program, MAC Targeted Probe and Educate (TPE) audits and the Recovery Auditor assigned by CMS. This position will manage charge capture (defense) audits and patient requests to clarify and determine accuracy of charges. Assist CSC (Customer Solution Center) with responding to patients' inquiries concerning the accuracy of billed charges and charge descriptions. Will develop and maintain an annual audit plan to proactively ensure accurate and optimal revenue capture, and seek to continually improve charging processes while assuring compliance with standard charging guidelines. Additionally, this position will provide consultative and analytical services to operations and other personnel within the organization with respect to charging, coding and reimbursement of services. The support provided by this position is critical to ensuring that reimbursement from third party payers is maximized within the constraints provided by all laws and regulations, and that management of significant financial and operational risks occurs effectively throughout the organization. This includes understanding and familiarity with healthcare privacy and security laws, regulations and standards. These duties will require the understanding of many complex and varying guides, systems, regulations and tools. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Manages all Government payer audit requests including the CMS Recovery (RAC) Program, MAC Program (TPE), CMS Medicaid Integrity Program, CERTs, as well as all other Managed Care payer reviews related to charges. 2. Works collaboratively with Utilization Management, Health Information Management, Coding, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and other ancillary departments to respond to and appeal payer audits as indicated. 3. Provides financial data and analysis for internal and external reporting, ensures PHC is prepared for RAC audits, coordinates response to audit requests, challenges questionable determinations and assists in filing timely appeals. 4. Manages RAC requests from initial discussion period and through five levels of appeal. 5. Insures maintenance of the audit database and standard reporting tool to track and report audit and appeal process. 6. Develops and manages an annual audit plan focused on high risk areas. 7. Insures maintenance of the audit database and standard reporting tool to track and report audit and appeal process. 8. Ensure appropriate audit activities take place prior to and after billing to ensure accurate and optimal revenue capture, and seek to continually improve charging processes within departments. 9. Manages internal audits as requested for charge capturing, charge accuracy, compliance, and other processes which affect charging and reimbursement. Tracks any findings and provides education on any charge issues found to the appropriate departments. 10. Monitor compliance of charge capture/coding and work closely with revenue integrity staff, including policy and procedure and education development. 11. Monitors productivity, quality, and performance of the Clinical Appeal Analysts. 12. Conducts staff performance appraisals. Provides leadership and direction by supporting and motivating staff. Manages the development, coaching and mentoring of staff. 13. Manages the hiring and training of staff. Ensures that necessary follow up occurs. Effectively assigns tasks to personnel with appropriate skill sets. Develop, implement, and monitor adherence to departmental policies, procedures and budgets. Prioritize work projects to ensure all deadlines are satisfied. 14. Identifies financial opportunities and threats proactively and communicate findings to senior leadership in a timely and effective manner. Partners with leadership to develop solutions as necessary. 15. Coordinate the above functions across hospital entities to ensure that best practice performance is achieved across the organization to a uniform standard. 16. Other responsibilities as assigned. MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in business, healthcare or a closely related field. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least five (5) years of previous related healthcare Revenue Cycle operations or consulting experience, preferably with a focus in Revenue Integrity, Quality Assurance and/or Auditing activities. Three (3) years in a leadership role. Experience working with Epic. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: AHIMA certification (e.g. RHIA, CCS, RHIT); AAPC certification (e.g., CPC, CPH, or CA); and/or RN licensure preferred. Familiarity with Recovery Audit Contractor, Medicare Audit Contractor, Medicare CERT Audits, Medicaid Audits, and other payer audit mechanisms and processes. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES * Must have significant revenue code, CPT and HCPCS coding knowledge. * Solid understanding of multiple reimbursement systems including IPPS, OPPS, and Managed Care. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to positively interact with a variety of hospital personnel, including administrative and management staff. * Highly skilled experience and knowledge of Windows-based software required, including but not limited to Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel and Access. * Possess effective oral and written skills, including advanced presentation skills. * Well-developed research skills. * Ability to interpret and implement regulatory standards. * Working knowledge of multiple healthcare applications; Epic experience highly desirable. * Excellent organizational and project management skills. * Able to travel as needed #LIPOST IND000 Piedmont Healthcare Atlanta GA
