The Manager, Retention Marketing is responsible for creating personalized experiences that segment, activate, grow and retain subscribers for WarnerMedia's new streaming app.
Create and implement loyalty, retention, advocacy and win back programs across multiple channels,segments and geographies.
Develop business cases for new initiatives/ projects that support program growth or enhance the customer experience and oversee project through to completion
Partner with finance to manage budgets for personalization, CRM and loyalty initiatives
Analyze data and consumer insights to build roadmaps for testing, measuring, iterating, and scaling retention initiatives.
Develop and deliver management reporting materials, reports and presentations
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape and technology to drive innovative solutions to support business objectives.
Work closely with acquisition, engagement and partner marketing teams to ensure alignment of campaigns.
Collaborate with product, development, design and content teams to articulate program elements, goals and support needed for campaign success.
Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience; MBA a plus
4 years' experience developing and driving the strategy of complex digitally focused retention campaigns ideally for a SVOD platform.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation and how to address different needs of each consumer base
Ability to analyze, interpret data and use insights to inform programs and initiatives
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels; exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with CRM technology
Strong presentation skills are a must
Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically
