We are currently searching for a highly motivated Manager of Reporting & Analytics, Guest Operations who will lead a team dedicated to driving revenue and guest experience by identifying business needs based on quantitative analysis and defining solutions that can feasibly be implemented by the business owners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cost and revenue insights for Food, Beverage, and Hotel Operations.

  • Drive Guest Experience reporting and insights.

  • Lead team of analysts in all financial-related activities including the annual planning process, monthly forecast, and performance and variance analysis.

  • Craft impactful and engaging presentations to be used at VP/executive leader level.

  • Analyze a variety of data sources to identify trends, strength and weaknesses and translate findings into effective and actionable plans.

  • Create forecasting models; explaining processes and techniques to guide decision-making process.

  • Report on financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans, forecasts, and historical financial data.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis of financial metrics, guest demographics, financial data and other quantitative data points.

  • Recommend new and innovative types of analysis that provide greater insight into customer behavior and needs.

  • Recommend operational initiatives to the operations team that drive financial or service improvements by identifying areas of best practices, synergies, revenue maximization, cost savings and/or improvement initiatives based on quantitative analysis.

  • Ability to give strategic direction to operations through visualization and storytelling of findings within the data.

  • Create dashboards and other data tools for tracking the financial or guest experience performance within Guest Operations.

  • Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.

  • Continuously monitor reporting effectiveness, evolves existing reports, develops new reports as needed, and identify opportunities to automate and gain efficiencies in data collection and reporting where possible.

  • Develop an annual financial plan and monthly forecasts with data driven rationale.

  • Produce ROI calculations for capital planning and other evaluative purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.

  • 4-6 years financial analysis experience in a business to consumer industry with an emphasis on statistical and quantitative analysis.

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to create executive level Power Point presentations.

  • Ability to speak effectively to an executive audience.

  • Ability to perform market analysis and competitive intelligence.

  • High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Tableau.

Preferences

  • MBA.

  • Familiarity with SQL, Business Objects and Micros.

  • Knowledge of market research and revenue generation.

We are seeking Consultants for multi-channel marketing insight and analytics delivery team. The successful candidates will leverage their analytical skillset to guide the optimization of media campaigns (offline and online advertising) across Consumer and/or HCP. The individual will build visualizations, and a suite of reports, ensuring it meets client business needs. The consultant must be able to present complicated analytics in a clear and concise manner with client multi-channel insight team, advanced analytics team, and brand marketing. The consultant may be asked to use advanced analytic outputs to provide data driven recommendations to plan, execute, and optimize integrated multichannel campaigns. Experience with digital audience quality (AdIQ), Rx impact, pathing analysis, voice of customer, user behavior, waterfall, and testing shall be used to improve the customer experience or content engagement. The Consultant should be familiar with the major web analytics tools, in particular with Adobe or Google Analytics. They should have knowledge and understanding of site QA, tagging requirements, CX tools, and tag management tools. Consultant will work with data enablement team to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for insights and analytics in a healthcare environment.
