The Regional Product Manager will implement the strategic and tactical plans for growth in the assigned geographic areas of the Northeast and Mid Atlantic. Some travel into the Southeast and North Central will also be required. The Regional Product Manager will be responsible for creating a market analysis of every metro area. That will include current approvals for Inserta Tee, competitive products used (municipal and private) and, contractor acceptance of the product. The tactical plans for Inserta Tee will include approvals that are needed for future growth (municipal, district, DOT), distributor stock programs, and contractor relationship building, training and demonstrations of the product. The Regional Product Manager will work independently and in collaboration with the local Allied Product Managers, territory sales reps and local sales management. The Regional Product Manager will report to the General Manager of the Inserta Tee product line.
Meet or exceed sales objectives for the zones and regions in this coverage area.
Develop and carry out a strategic growth plan for each region, to include distributor programs, contractor relationships, product approvals and acceptance with civil engineers.
Coordinate with and support the efforts of each Allied Product Manager and Territory Sales Rep.
Have a clear understanding of the metro markets and competitive prodcts used in each.
Must be proficient with product demos and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence
3-5 years of sales experience; Sales leadership experience a plus
Ability to travel 60-70%
