The Manager, Regional Marketing will oversee the execution of marketing programs intended to identify new business opportunities, drive incremental revenue and grow existing clients. Utilize digital marketing strategies including web-based advertising, social media, email, multi-media messaging, and other available channels to develop impactful marketing campaigns. Track, analyze and report on marketing efforts that align with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with team members to identify ways to improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
What you'll do
Strategy and Planning
Develop and manage marketing programs that support parking promotion and incremental sales/revenue
Work directly with field operation team members to develop programs that support operational objectives and business commitments
Establish marketing program objectives, integration of messaging, and identify appropriate vehicles and channels
Work with facility and regional managers to identify competitive challenges and untapped opportunities to develop marketing programs
Work directly with the airport business development team to assist with business outreach programs
Work in collaboration with our team members who support our internal online reservation and technology platforms to develop communications and collateral
Work in collaboration with corporate marketing support staff on the implementation of centrally managed marketing programs including website and mobile promotions, paid search campaigns, geofencing display advertising, email marketing, social media and partnership marketing
Coordinate with corporate marketing support staff the management of marketing campaigns requiring third party advertising, marketing agencies and vendors
Ensure that all program executions conform to SP+ corporate brand guidelines
Marketing Initiatives Development
Work with the field operations team to develop online sales capabilities and strategies that capture ecommerce market segment
Create and manage online parking guides and promotional landing pages website while identifying opportunities to improve organic search performance through search engine optimizations, including site content, parking rates, maps, photos and more
Develop, monitor and analyze paid search campaigns to support the field operations teams objectives
Identify and implement partner marketing and linking programs with local businesses and merchants
Develop and implement messaging strategies and implementation plans for social media channels
Work in collaboration with corporate marketing to accurately track and analyze programs to maximized performance, and contribution to business objectives
Develop tailored market content for RFP responses and perform market analysis as needed and for aggregator websites
Assist regional team leaders with presentation development for potential and existing client virtual and in-person oral interviews/presentations
Education & Training
Act as the local subject matter expert with field operation teams for all online and offline marketing initiatives
Monitor the marketing initiatives implemented within the region to ensure that corporate marketing best practices are being observed
Stay abreast of the latest innovations in online and offline marketing capabilities and their applicability to SP+ revenue generation
Qualifications
What you need
5+ years of work experience in digital marketing
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
Proven ability to self-manage
Excellent organizational skills
Confident presentation skills
Desire and ability to think strategically
Willingness to learn and be challenged
Marketing program management experience
Working knowledge of marketing program analytics software including Google Analytics and Google Adwords
Must be travel up to 10% of the time
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
