What will I be doing?

Hilton is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Manager to help drive the attraction and engagement of top talent to our organization around the world. Reporting to the Director, Recruitment Shared Services you will work closely with recruitment leaders across all divisions, functions, and regions to deliver marketing initiatives to meet their hiring goals. You will be responsible for recruitment marketing for both internal and external talent. You will serve as an Account Manager, striving to understand your client's goals then organize key partners to help produce effective campaigns to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically but also have the tactical experience to execute organic and paid campaigns and programs.

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop and partner with several stakeholders to execute recruitment marketing strategies across several media platforms (including but not limited to social media, job boards, smart media, etc) to support our employer brand and recruitment efforts for all Owned & Managed hotels and Corporate Offices

  • Assist in the development of strategy presentations, including campaign costs, and be able to clearly communicate these ideas to clients

  • Assess the status of each campaign and clearly communicate progress and results

  • Responsible for the production of Creative Briefs that will be used in the development of creative assets and campaign content

  • Work with recruiting leads across the global organization to ensure our marketing efforts are inclusive of their key talent segments and business needs

  • Partner closely with key partners internally (Digital HR, Corp Communication, and Marketing) to ensure brand continuity and consistency in brand messaging

  • Develop a reporting structure and cadence that summarizes the candidate experiences and shares the impact of our recruitment marketing strategies across all channels

  • Develop and manage passive prospect marketing initiatives including newsletters, Talent Network campaigns, etc to drive brand engagement and generate effective and diverse talent pipelines

  • Responsible for external talent market research and targeting recommendations, and how we market to external audiences while working with our internal social media experts

  • Stay on the leading edge of Recruitment Marketing by doing competitive analysis and measuring your recruitment marketing success

  • Manage recruitment media spend against budget expectations globally

What are we looking for?

The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Self-starters who take initiative with minimal direction and understand concepts quickly

  • Solid knowledge and demonstrable experience with paid and organic recruitment focused marketing campaigns (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Job Boards, etc)

  • The ability to understand the value of an employer brand and can effectively communicate the value proposition

  • Experience working with multiple internal partners in a global setting with varying level of needs within a complex, matrixed environment

  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal - as well as comprehension skills to articulate complex analytical topics to a wide audience who may or may not be familiar with analytics or the subject matter

  • Bring a consultative, creative and process driven approach to the role

  • Project management skills with an aptitude for staying calm and effective while handling multiple concurrent demands and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast paced, high energy environment

  • Problem solving skills to effectively and creatively find solutions for hard problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Three (3) years of professional experience

  • Three (3) years of process management experience

  • Two (2) years of experience in a recruitment marketing or marketing related role

  • Experience in Project Management and handling relationships with vendors

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a similar field

  • Two (2) years working at a creative and/or advertisement agency
