Manager, Quality Assurance
HighPoint Digital Inc.'s professionals focus exclusively on helping government agencies and companies implement their most critically strategic initiatives. The role of Manager, Quality Assurance contributes to HighPoint through management of the overall TQC-related QA call monitoring productivity, targeted call evaluations, examination and verification of the analysts, and directs the members of these teams to ensure the TQC contract terms are met. This role also directs members of these teams to focus on not only the identification of areas of improvement within TQC-related products and processes, but also with the development of the recommendations that would support those improvement opportunities.
EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Ability to build and manage customer, vendor, and internal team relationships.
Ability to effectively manage multiple project timelines.
Manage QA production to meet and or exceed the standard Statement of Work targets for independent quality evaluations.
Manage the creation of QA processes and procedures.
Manage the internal and external calibration process in accordance with current QCM Internal Calibration SOP.
Develop various reporting to track and drive QA programs and initiatives.
Directly manage members of the QA staff.
Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
Support the professional development of team members, including ongoing training.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of QA associates.
