ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager, Pureplay eCommerce is responsible for driving the US eCommerce Pureplay business, driving key initiatives across the portfolio, delivering sales results, and supporting execution of the strategic commercial plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive eCommerce Pureplay business in partnership with Marketing teams:

• Continue strong growth and partnership across eCommerce Pureplay customers: Amazon Fresh, Fresh Direct.com, GoPuff.com, CPGIO

• Support commercialization initiatives across Amazon.com

• Expand our 3rd party marketplace presence with two strategic partners; CPGIO & Flywheel and/or SCJ Direct Fulfillment

• Explore opportunities with Tiktok shop

• Partner with Marketing teams to execute business unit priorities

• Deliver innovation across customer base

• Own the IGP process, TP Max planning, Deduction Management and Supply Planning across customer base

• Continue to explore opportunities for potential new customers to drive SCJ growth

• Attend industry conferences to deepen expertise in digital commerce technologies and identify capabilities to accelerate growth over the next 3-5 years

• Engage with agency partners on digital Strategy and Execution

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of relevant sales/marketing experience, or advanced degree and 5+ years of relevant sales/marketing experience

• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of eCommerce fundamentals, including but not limited to principles of assortment, search, content, and digital marketing

• Understanding of New Product Development Commercialization Process

Leadership Skills

• Ability to present to customers and lead the business on behalf of SCJ

• Ability to collaborate and influence across functions

• Ability to adapt to changing work and customer demands

• Ability to deal with ambiguity

• Entrepreneurial spirit
