Job Summary:

In support of the company's Healthcare Value Strategy, this position will drive successful implementation of our innovative provider agreements, which are new models of reimbursement and care delivery. By working closely with our provider partners, this position will help define deliverables, structure project work plans, provide thought leadership, and manage cross-functional teams within a matrix reporting structure.

This position will also serve as a key liaison between Horizon and our strategic provider partners through three key phases: deal negotiation, partnership implementation, and post-implementation support and governance. The employee will assist in the development of the long-term operating model to support these relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of business cases to vet and support strategic investments.

  • Lead cross-functional teams within a matrix reporting structure (Legal, Finance, HR, MBU, Service, IT, provider partners).

  • Develop project charters, define deliverables, and structure project work plans.

  • Deliver high-quality, actionable results, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.

  • Communicate project findings and results to key stakeholders, including Directors and VPs.

  • Ensure compliance with any applicable regulations.

  • Identify and track risks; develop, socialize and ensure implementation of appropriate contingency plans.

  • Raise issues to the Director that need to be considered by an executive-level audience.

  • Assist Director in providing updates and information across organization.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, post-graduate degree preferred. Analytical fields preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years work experience with minimum 2 years of healthcare experience.

  • Experience in successfully leading cross-functional teams to achieve improvements.

  • Project leadership/management experience a plus.

Knowledge:

  • Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes; Should be knowledgeable in the use of intranet and internet applications.

  • Requires knowledge of Principals of Health Care contracting.

  • Requires knowledge of health care industry or health insurance industry.

  • Requires knowledge of the hospital and physician communities in the state of New Jersey.

  • Requires knowledge of laws and regulations regulating insurance, HMO, hospital and physician practice.

  • Significant impact on the successful implementation and operationalization of strategic partnership models and their financial impact to the enterprise.

This role sits at a dynamic nexus in Audible, where content creation, building a cohesive slate of Original titles, marketing and promoting these titles, and supporting the amplification of the Audible Original brand all intersect. The person who will succeed in this role will have experience in online marketing, keen editorial sensibilities, elite organizational and communication skills, analytical ability and a whole lot of energy. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate sound business sense, comfort with massive throughput and sprawling details, a creative mind, and a knack for getting things done. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop compelling creative campaigns and assets that drive sales and listening of specific Original titles in close coordination with cross functional teams including PR, social, marketing, editorial and video. * Support and build out our existing communications with Original authors and talent to help them understand the powerful promotion and engagement Audible provides Originals authors. * Engage in close contextual work to ensure the successful creation of compelling promo assets including; writing interview questions for author / talent videos, close reads of manuscripts for pull quotes, audio clips, audiograms, animated videos and writing short marketing lines as needed. * Develop and manage project plans for multiple small-and-large-scale projects simultaneously keeping all the deadlines and details in line. * Maintain the Audible Original release calendar, content descriptions and track all promotional plans. * Manage the collection and tracking of rights usage for creative associated with all Original titles. * Lead and manage weekly and monthly meetings with cross-functional teams in order to receive and further disseminate critical information on a title-by-title basis. * Monitor and mine the Originals catalog for titles that can be opportunistically promoted. * Support Original content creators by providing information and promotional tools. * Track completed promotions and perform analyses as needed to monitor effectiveness; communicate results to key stakeholders. * Special projects as assigned by the Director of Content Partnerships and Programing to facilitate the team's smooth operation.
