Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Manager, Project Management

• Aviation Compliance will work within the Flight Support team in Aviation to ensure compliance with legal and company policies. They will help integrate advanced technology for data management, tracking, and reporting and manage projects to improve compliance and efficiency. The Manager, Project Management

• Aviation Compliance will work with different departments to monitor personal aircraft use, handle tax and IRS/SEC documentation, oversee drug and alcohol testing, lead technology projects and cross-departmental projects, maintain data integrity, analyze large datasets, and track and report on compliance.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

• Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience within the Business Aviation industry.

• Strong understanding of technology integration in compliance processes.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, compliance management software, and project management tools.

• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.

• Willingness to stay updated with regulatory changes and technological advancements in the industry.

You'll make an impact by:

• Monitoring and managing personal use of corporate aircraft.

• Maintaining IRS and SEC documentation and ensuring compliance.

• Engaging in quality assurance of flight data.

• Overseeing random drug and alcohol testing.

• Conducting Worker's Compensation training and managing compliance requirements.

• Leading technology integration projects to streamline compliance processes.

• Managing cross-departmental projects impacting aviation.

• Ensuring integrity of data entered into aviation software tools.

• Analyzing large data sets and generating comprehensive reports.

• Maintaining documentation and standardizing new data processes.

Work Environment:

• Office setting within Aviation Department, with occasional travel.

• Regular interaction with Legal, HR, IT, and Executive Management.

• Fast-paced environment requiring a proactive and flexible approach to changing regulations and technology.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.

1 year's experience working in cross-functional teams.
