Element Fleet Management is seeking a Manager, Program Operations, Vehicle Lifecycle to join a dynamic team supporting a rapidly growing new fleet program with a last mile delivery client. As a Manager you are responsible for a team of associates who partner directly with the client and delivery service providers (DSP) to ensure efficient and high-quality fleet management operations for a unique program in the industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages a team of associates responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned client program or account.
Reviews team workflow and establishes processes to improve efficiency that provides quality customer service and issue resolution.
Responsible for coordination of vehicle related escalations and asset lifecycle management.
Collaborates with maintenance, transportation, licensing and remarketing teams to ensure timely execution of client directed activities.
Aligns and distributes daily work among associates.
Identifies and develops specific training to improve processes and team performance.
Establishes metrics to measure performance effectiveness and provides feedback and coaching to team members in support of development and future career goals.
Collaborates with all members of program team in development and implementation of growth opportunities to meet revenue targets and account objectives.
Understands client's business objectives and translates into solutions to achieve successful outcomes for both the client and Element.
Supports annual account review and client visits including debriefs and development and overview of Strategic Engagement /Action plans.
BS or BA degree in business or related field
Minimum 5 years relevant customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a business-to-business service environment
Prior people leadership experience including demonstrated success in maximizing individual and team performance to achieve department objectives and positively impacting employee engagement.
Demonstrated proficiency in establishing and utilizing metrics to manage the department, identifying process and technology improvement opportunities and building strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Strong analytical skills and use of data to support and drive business objectives.
Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Occasional business travel (25% or less) required.
