This is a key, highly visible position that demonstrates integrity and accountability while overseeing the Payments Delivery team responsible for payment delivery. Reports directly to the Director, Payments.

What you will do for IGT:

  • Develop, improve, maintain and document workflows and business processes to improve department delivery performance, decrease delivery costs and time, improve overall quality results, and ensure ability to scale

  • Work collaboratively with project managers and delivery analysts on delivery implementations

  • Responsible for all ensuring all client payment and related merchant account setups, related due diligence requirements and required updates with third party payment service providers are met

  • Interact with technology, project managers and third parties in the requirements and implementation of technical improvements to benefit the program

  • Coordinate Project Deliverables from Responsible Team lead's (e.g. Fraud and Funds Manager)

Ensure Payments team service scope and requirements are clearly defined and understood by project and related service teams

  • Coordinate access and payment team SME's accountable for QA system testing

  • Work closely with the front-line teams to quickly resolve any QA or production issues

  • Design and deliver reporting to communicate status and issues to management and customers in a timely manner and escalate issues appropriately

  • Ensure awareness of project team to ensure operational support model for payments by accountable business unit.

  • Recruit and maintain a highly skilled and engaged team by developing talent, coaching, training performance monitoring and performance evaluations


  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business or Information Technology) or equivalent experience

  • Experience supporting complex operations or programs that include end-to-end service delivery and support, with a focus on providing superior customer service and driving results

  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and have experience implementing process change and improvements

  • 5 years of experience managing resources

  • Must Understand technical flows between multiple payment providers, systems and banks

  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, including executive managers and vendors and excel in large, complex, matrixed organization

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including decision-making, conflict resolution, ability to lead and continuously develop highly engaged teams is required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present across all levels of the organization

  • Strong working knowledge of the financial industry, card processing, card networks, and operations, including an understanding of interchange and other card fee structures, preferred

  • JIRA experience is a plus

Job Description * Manage, direct, and coordinate safe and efficient operation of the household hazardous waste program. * Interface directly with customers to ensure proper event/collection center management and that contract requirements are being met for the customer's collection program. * Coordinate all collections to include transportation, equipment set up, equipment rentals, hotel room reservations, staffing requirements, part time staffing payroll, and part time staff recruiting. * Assist customer service with creating profiles and providing a Master Drum List so that Customer service can create the shipping documents. * Create draft invoices to expedite the invoicing with customer service. * Answer technical questions from collection center staff which can be at odd hours. * Ensure clean communication with internal operations and transportation. * Review profitability after the completion of a project. * Comply with all company policies and procedures. * Provide training presentations to customers on proper event operations. * Assist the HHW Business Development Manager with marketing this business line by attending trade shows or regional meetings. * During off season make sales calls on manufacturing and industrial waste generators to generate revenue. * Perform related work and additional duties as requested/assigned by supervisor. Events are held on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Candidates must be willing to work variable schedules. Candidates must be willing and able to travel regionally via automobile with occasional travel by commercial airline. Qualifications Basic Requirements * 5 Years experience working for an Environmental Services Company * Either worked or managed household hazardous waste events in the past * Experience in Material Management waste disposal operations * HAZWOPER 24 or 40-hour certification Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * CDL Class B with HazMat Endorsement * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Share Point) * Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in English * Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines * Able to creatively solve complex problems Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: Events may require lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, walking, and working indoors and outdoors.
