POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Product Operations Transformation (Enterprise Transformation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & POINTS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Act as primary lead for CKNA license takeback operating models, and global product operating models
Partner with functional leaders and key stakeholders to drive critical milestones and ensure successful implementation from project initiation to execution
Create and maintain project plans and key deliverables, identifying project challenges and proposing solutions to any roadblocks
Support and facilitate planning sessions with key senior leaders; provide key project updates through milestone tracking, dashboards, and critical metrics for portfolio reviews and senior leadership updates
Collect and analyze data, translate into actionable insights, develop recommendations, and build roadmaps to execution
Transition product licenses in-house
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
Experience: 5-6+ years proven experience in managing and driving strategic initiatives in the retail space or strategy consulting; PMO skills are critical, experience in Product Development, Sourcing, Wholesale, and Licensing is preferred
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Social Intelligence: robust skill and appetite to form relationships and build network with key stakeholders and business leaders at all levels across the organization; organizationally savvy with the desire to collaborate and successful operate across a matrixed organization

Data & Insights Analysis: ability to identify and assess key points, implications and recommendations through thought leadership and outstanding problem-solving skills; uses a logical, detailed, sequential approach to understand both the business and what is needed to achieve successful business results
Communication for Impact: outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clarity and conviction to individuals at all levels within the organization
Outcome Management: demonstrated success of crafting specific, measurable, and concrete objectives aligned with business goals
Executive Presence: ability to influence, build relationships, and drive action with senior leaders
Understanding of product development, ideally apparel product
Strong skills in Powerpoint, Excel, and PMO systems is required
This role will need to facilitate consensus/alignment across business units on standardized future state Creative & Product Design processes and prioritization of capability needs.

Pay Range:$105,000 - $125,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.
