As a Payments Orchestration Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in defining the requirements and building features and capabilities that elevate our payments orchestration product suite. You'll have the opportunity to shape our product strategy, execute on strategic initiatives and solve complex merchant problems. Your work will directly impact the experiences of merchants globally, enabling them to seamlessly expand their payment capabilities through a single integration.

Your Day to Day:

  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the payments orchestration product suite, aligning with organizational goals and merchant needs.

  • Define detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring clear understanding across all stakeholders.

  • Prioritize and manage product backlog, making trade-off decisions based on business priorities and merchant feedback.

  • Coordinate with engineering teams to build and deliver product enhancements.

  • Track and analyze product metrics to measure success and inform future product decisions.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert & evangelist on orchestration, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.

  • Lead product launch efforts and ensure successful adoption by merchants worldwide.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify payments trends, competitive landscape, and product opportunities.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain buy-in and support for product initiatives.

What You Need to Bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments, with extensive partner management and merchant-facing experience.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a passion for driving innovation and customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, with a focus on delivering measurable impact and driving business growth.

  • Previous startup experience is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
