Manager, Product Development and Innovation, Identity Solutions
Mastercard's Cyber & Intelligence Solutions organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for customers across the globe. As part of this organization, the Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of innovative authentication products that enable simple and secure payment experiences for consumers.
The candidate will develop and manage new Risk Based Authentication (RBA) solutions as part of Mastercard's Smart Authentication product suite for a variety of types of customers around the world
The candidate will be responsible for all elements of launching and managing new products, including creating product collateral, business case & pricing, business development, customer on-boarding and support, reporting and program management and identifying product enhancements
The candidate will be responsible for program data analytics to gauge performance and will work closely with partner Data Scientists

Responsible for managing and launching new Smart Authentication product solutions around the world. Will be the global Product lead for key Smart Authentication use cases that provide issuers and their processors with risk based authentication solutions
Will work with Go to Market team, regional market leads and account managers to maximize product adoption and optimization
Will partner with Identity Check team to ensure Smart Authentication fuels the Mastercard Authentication network as an integral and strategic component
Will partner with implementation teams to develop documentation and onboard new customers
Will manage pilots, track results and identify enhancements
Will analyze platform performance by developing internal and external reports
Will translate business needs into new program requirements and enhancements
Will work with product and platform development colleagues to ensure these areas can support required program changes
Will work with legal, franchise and product teams to implement and launch new program and future enhancements
Will develop and enhance the business case and appropriate pricing strategies in conjunction with the regions
All About You
Previous experience commercializing a technical product is preferred
Familiar with the payments industry, digital payments and regulatory trends
Solid finance/ business case development and forecasting experience
Strong analytical skills and experience with Mastercard data analysis platforms
Willingness to learn about new technology including Artificial Intelligence
Ability to successfully manage multiple responsibilities
Ability to build and leverage collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to drive tangible results
Superior communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
Comfort with and an ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently
Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree or MBA helpful
