Our team works a hybrid schedule reporting to the office 3 days a week.

What you'll be doing
Manage IV Base Alt-Site price-setting strategy, process, and impact for US ITT
Lead the execution of establishing pricing guidelines, price roll execution and price integrity across Alt Site Customer contracts.
Lead Sales organization through quick and accurate sales analyses on products, customer activity, and contract provisions in support of customer contract offers.
Develop potential pricing and contracting strategies across focused care settings.
Support US ITT Acute IV Contract resign activities for $1.5B annual GPO agreements.
Run total cost of ownership models and propose pricing actions for the ITT Sales team.
Provide detailed sales analysis on key national accounts in support of creative deal structures.
Manage Distributor Average Cost price lists working closely with Government Price Reporting and Channel Operations teams.
Develop and execute process improvement projects that automate pricing analysis and support tools to inform, maximize, and streamline pricing processes
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Statistics or related field required.
5+ years experience in a financial, data analysis, sales or contracting role preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
Intermediate level skill in Tableau and JDE preferred.
Ability to manage pricing activities within cross-functional business partners with a sense of urgency, prioritizing
Ability to successfully apply standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to daily business problems involving multiple variables
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must with sharp attention to detail and accuracy

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 - $154,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
