Leads Pricing and Estimating activity for the Tactical Autonomous Systems business area.
Ensures adequate staffing and skillset in accordance with program expectations. Ensures compliance with Estimating System requirements. Provides training to staff.
Supports acquisition strategy for the business area. Collaborates and communicates with senior management, and across functional boundaries, to ensure business area success. Supports division, sector, and corporate initiatives, such as continuous process improvement and performance metrics.
Supports, and provides advice to, policy and regulation issues. Provides performance goals, development actions, and leadership expectations to staff via Performance Management Process; provides regular feedback and corrective action as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
5 years related experience in a FAR-based Government contracting environment.
Masters Degree. 10 years related experience in a FAR-based Government contracting environment.
