KPMG is currently seeking aManager, Pricing & Cost Proposals to join our Government Cost and PricingGroup (GCPG) in the Federal Service Practice

Responsibilities:

• Lead Price-To-Win analysis; conduct comprehensive competitive analyses, research and analysis of historical data in line with Price-To-Win methodology

• Govern pricing response for business proposals including Firm Fixed Price, T&M, and CPFF/CPAF, monitoring for accuracy and compliance with requirements

• Provide internal GCPG support including maintenance of pricing models and tools

• Confirm adherence to FAR, DFAR, DCAA, TINA, CAS and corporate policies and procedures with regard to cost proposal preparation, review, submission and negotiation

• Manage Cost/Price volume development, and adherence to solicitation requirements; develop pricing training materials

• Provide internal GCPG support including maintenance of pricing models and tools

Qualifications:

• Minimum seven years of recent pricing experience in a federal contracting environment; additional state and local government pricing experience is a plus

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in economics, finance, accounting or business administration; Master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred

• Strong Price-To-Win analysis and analytical skills

• Solid experience working with teams on the technical basis of estimate (BOE) and aligning the proposed solution to the costing

• Experience constructing complex pricing models and competitive pricing analysis in Excel; highly proficient in Excel required

• Great team player interested to work in a highly collaborative team environment; excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
