KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, PPMO Data Reporting & Analysis to join our Digital Business Transformation organization. This opportunity is open to internal candidates from all KPMG US locations and external candidates interested in being based in one of the cities listed within this posting.
Develop and optimize Demand, Portfolio, Program, and Project Management (PPMO) reporting and analytics capabilities and build the necessary data models and tools to support Demand and Portfolio Management data and reporting requirements
Perform continuous quality review of Demand and Portfolio Management data to identify gaps, analyze results, variances and trends and provide associated narratives to explain research findings and work with PPMO staff to determine process adherence or maturity gaps for corrective actions
Design, creation and distribution of PPMO financial and performance data extracts, reports, and dashboards, as well as maintaining their integrity
Ensure PPMO and key stakeholders receive effective, timely, insightful,
relative and accurate reports and dashboards; Lead the collection, validation and interpretation of PPMO data, and provide high quality, clear analysis and dashboards to a range of audiences both within and external to the PPMO
Collaborate with Financial Planning & Analysis, IT Service Management, IT Performance Management, Risk Management, Business Relationship Management, and Portfolio Leads to define, report on and track key performance and risk indicators, targets and trends
Incorporate industry best practices, conduct internal and external benchmarking, and establish standards, key measures, and metrics
Minimum five years of IT Program and Project Management experience, including professional-level schedule, scope, budget, risk, and issue management methodologies and industry best practices
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Experience in IT Portfolio, Program and Project Management practical knowledge; including risk, performance and financial analysis and strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of PMI's Project and Program Management methodology (PMBOK)
Experience with best in class PPM tools such as Planview and ServiceNow
