The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results.
What will I be doing?
Are you a retail veteran and fascinated by consumer shopping behavior? Are you skilled at adapting global brand marketing campaigns to a regional level with the consumer always top of mind? If this sounds like you, then you could be the newest member of the Hilton Global Enterprise Marketing team as the Manager, Portfolio Retail Marketing. You will take a lead role in cascading global brand campaigns into connected promotional marketing that support key travel periods and seasonal business needs. Working closely with the Americas marketing organization and counterparts in EMEA and APAC, you will craft solutions to adapt these global messages for regional needs and manage the implementation across our owned digital channels, paid media, PR and communications teams. We will count on you to create impactful strategies that target consumers with meaningful offers, content, and a compelling value proposition that not only achieves the goals of the Americas region, but also aligns with the overarching Global Enterprise Brand strategy.
More specifically, you will:
Lead overall marketing and creative strategy and craft comprehensive cross multi-channel plans to support the business objectives of key destinations throughout the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Understand consumer shopping behavior and how the consumer interacts and seeks out information on a product from initial point of interest to point of purchase and how it translates into a digital environment.
Brief creative agency or internal creative services group on strategy and handle the development of destination campaign assets.
Be a collaborative partner in the media briefing process, advising on integration and optimization with the enterprise media plan.
Lead conversation with key partners (Email, Personalization, eCommerce, Brand Marketing, Digital Analytics, Corporate Communications, Product and Regional Marketing, Third Party Marketing, HRCC) to ensure channel plans support activity and alignment with marketing strategy and defined objectives.
Manage budget for creative development with internal creative services group and/or agency.
Track and optimize marketing plans and strategy based on campaign reporting and performance.
Lead Enterprise flash sales, integrating destination sales into the Enterprise plan, Enterprise/Americas collaboration with EMEA and APAC.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
BA/BS Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience
Experience working in a role with both global brand marketing and regional alignment
Deep understanding of consumer shopping behavior through the lens of marketing
