Position Summary

The Manager, Portfolio Management is responsible for supervising the day-to-day management of a client business in the media planning area as well as account/creative team relationships. This role will need to have working knowledge across a variety of mediums from traditional to digital. However the primary focus will be in the digital space and team management. This person should enjoy working in a fast paced, constantly evolving ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes strategic plans for client assignments

  • Executes cross-channel communications planning

  • Ensures timely creation and delivery of work to clients by working across an inter-disciplinary team that includes Investment, Strategy and Research

  • Understands brand marketing and selling with an emphasis on data-led planning

  • Supervises development and implementation of targeted, innovative media solutions consistent with media strategies

  • Prepares and delivers presentations as necessary

  • Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates work activities of subordinates and handles all personnel requirements for immediate staff including training and development

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience

  • Three to five years of experience in media planning with knowledge of the digital media planning landscape (display, search, social, programmatic, etc.)

  • Success in managing junior staff

  • Strong presentation skills in internal, vendor, and client meetings

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Solid awareness of industry trends and planning/measurement models

  • Understanding of marketing and communications process

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a group

Responsibilities: * Analysis and reporting of ISS portfolio data to provide transparency of key service and portfolio value KPIs, trends and insights * Coordinate and deliver BAU reporting needs; maintain existing dashboard tools that serve portfolio management activities * Support the development of service portfolio management framework components to align to service strategy goals * Create digital and non-digital documentation, communications, PowerPoint presentations and tools needed for service portfolio management needs * Administer SharePoint, Teams and analytics tools use and content as needed to facilitate collaboration and knowledge management * Coordinate, deliver and maintain operating process materials to ensure business continuity in areas of ongoing responsibility Qualifications: * Minimum three years of recent experience aggregating, visualizing, analyzing large and various data sets (service level data, performance, financial, program/project, risk profiles) * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience * Proficiency with using BI tools such as: Tableau, PowerBI or Alteryx as well as knowledge of a variety of data sources and structures typically connected to from Tableau (SQL Server, APIs, Excel) * Familiarity with IT security and appropriate regulations (ISO27001) * Prior experience with cyber-security and information privacy desired * Strong documentation and communications capability; experience writing policy and operational documents, managing documentation Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role.
