The Chief Investment Office ("CIO") of Prudential conducts asset and liability management and portfolio construction for all of Prudential's domestic and international business operations and manages over $365 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2024. The Financial Management and Reporting team is a group within the CIO that provides support in a reporting, forecasting and operational capacity to the Prudential Select Strategies ("PSS") and Impact and Responsible Investing ("IRI") Alternative Asset groups.

The Financial Management and Reporting Team is seeking a manager to join their team.

The current employee work arrangement (EWA)for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

What you can expect:

• Support completion of analysis packages for Senior Management discussions on multi-year forecasts and actuals reporting

• Manage the Assets in Kind process as part of Pension Risk Transfers

• Oversee subsidiary reporting including cash management, expenses, and audit related activities

• Review the analysis of AUM on a quarterly basis

• Provide investment allocations by business for Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Real Assets

• Review calculation of derivative trades and public equity sales.

• Collaborate with investment teams to build and maintain CRM system.

• Successfully partner and foster positive relationships with multiple groups (Investment, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Performance, Finance, Expense Reporting)

• Adhoc requests including business specific projects

• Management responsibilities as needed

What you'll need:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance

• 7-10 years of accounting / financial analysis experience

• Understanding of Alternative Investments, Equities and Fixed Income

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel mandatory)

The salary range for this role is from $ 115,800.00 to $172,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
