Position Title: Manager, Physicians Clinic

FLSA Status: Exempt

Reports To: Director of Clinical Support

POSITION SUMMARY:

Manages and directs, with accountability and responsibility, the day to day operations of the Physicians Clinic and supervises the clinic staff. Establishes and implements the department's policies and procedures in accordance with accreditation and other regulatory requirements.

Starting wage: $61,102.08

The posted wage is the current starting wage for this position. Actual wage is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience and qualifications for this position. The wage range for this position may be subject to change in the future depending on a variety of factors such as market conditions, business needs, legal developments, and other appropriate factors.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certification:

• Current BLS certification

Education:

• Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration with 3 years of healthcare administration experience or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, or and/or advanced education.

Skills/Experience:

• Two (2) years of clinic/outpatient setting or medical assisting and office management experience.

• Ability to supervise and direct personnel.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certification/Licensure:

• Medical Assistant or licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii

• Master's Degree is Healthcare Administration or Business Administration

Skills/Experience:

• One (1) year of supervisory experience managing clinic or outpatient healthcare operations.

• Proficient in Google Suites and EHR systems

EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS USED

Office supplies and equipment, including telephone, computer, and multifunction devices (MFDs). Google's G Suite, report writer and database software.
