About the role

The Manager, Photo Production oversees and coordinates all aspects of editorial/campaign photo and video shoot

production for both LOFT and Ann Taylor. This role reports into the Director of Shoot Production and Studio Operations. This position collaborates closely with the Creative, Styling, Studio and Post Production teams and is involved from the initial concepting phase through job actualization. This position requires a high level of organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and adjust quickly to changing needs. This role also requires a keen eye for detail and a passion in actualizing the brand's creative vision.

The impact you can have

  • Adeptly manage shoots from start to finish- including budgeting, timelines, vendor organization, contract negotiations, on-set production, etc.

  • Work cross functionally with creative, styling and post teams and clearly communicate out all shoot related info/needs

  • Create and manage budgets for photoshoots ensuring efficient negotiations and adherence to budget constraints

  • Work closely with creative teams to curate desired shoot teams and casting

  • Assist with post production schedules and timelines for all shoots

  • Keep on top of fluctuating shoot schedules and maintain open communication with any schedule changes with teams.

You'll bring to the role

  • In depth knowledge of photo shoot production processes including pre-production, on set management and post production

  • Network of freelance talent and agent knowledge/relationships (photographers, stylists, producers, etc)

  • Casting experience

  • Self-starter who takes initiative and can effectively troubleshoot issues that arise

  • 3+ years shoot production experience with fashion/retail brands preferred

  • Advanced knowledge Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Acrobat, etc

  • The target salary range for this role is: $80-$90K*
  • Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills. Eligibility of certain benefits and associate programs are subject to employment type and role.

This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the New York, NY location and two days per week worked remotely.
