KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, People Analytics to join our HR Analytics organization.


  • Develop queries, driven by hypotheses, to extract data from multiple sources, analyze the data and provide insights that have a positive impact on business decisions

  • Uncover actionable insights and drive better decisions to help the business achieve both its short- and long-term objectives

  • Provide requestors with strategic and tactical reports that will allow them to make informed business decisions

  • Leverage the data to tell compelling stories that provide insights to business leaders

  • Work cross-functionally with other departments including but not limited to Finance and Information Technology to develop reports with key insights


  • Minimum five years of recent experience in a Workforce Analytics role with hands-on experience working with HR data

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Experience analyzing large HR data sets to distill insights from data and connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations using reporting tools, such as SQL and Python; prior experience working with large HRMS systems; a deep understanding of the HR function and processes

  • Knowledge in generating dashboards that provide insights using visualization tool including but not limited to Qlik and Power BI, which allow business leaders to make better decisions; must have the ability to articulate the insights gained from the data to HR and business stakeholders

  • Solid experience generating operational reports so business leaders can make informed decisions using reporting tools like SSRS

Salary Statement:

New York City Salary Range: Low: $99000 - High: $184500 (NYC)
