The team's mission is to establish and grow relationships with key players in the app marketing and distribution ecosystem, and build value for Vungle and for our customers. We are seeking a Manager, Partnership Development to grow and manage our advertiser base for emerging platforms on a global basis; to work with the marketing, technical and business teams at our platform partners to help guide product and business strategy, as well as to partner with our wider Sales org to support new platform launches and initiatives. This position will also help manage ongoing relationships with existing industry partners.


  • Work with the Global Head of Partnerships and Business Development to drive our advertiser sales strategy for emerging platforms.

  • Be fully responsible for growing revenue from advertisers on our emerging platforms, managing an existing book of business and growing the advertiser base.

  • Work with the global sales team and independently, forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business.

  • Act as the main business contact for our attribution partners. Structure and execute an engagement plan to strengthen and broaden those relationships.

  • Participate in ongoing work with major platform partners and help define and execute growth strategies.

  • Work closely with internal teams (Supply, Legal, and Finance) to act as the evangelist for new and emerging platforms; structure deals that maximize revenue for all constituents.

  • Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap.

  • Be a self-motivated problem solver with outstanding attention to detail.


  • 5+ years of industry/account management experience.

  • Track record of setting and meeting ambitious targets.

  • Top-notch interpersonal skillsability to work effectively with key internal and external decision makers.

  • A strong track record of excellence in sales and working with complex deals and clients.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Previous experience in the AdTech industry.
