The Manager Partnership Commercial Strategy and Business Operations is responsible for leading enterprise wide global operational readiness and integration focused on Partnerships, acting as a project manager for the Partnership launches and ensuring the end to end operational capabilities fit within the tech stack infrastructure. This role will ensure adherence to standard commercial models and requires deep insights into operational and tech stack capabilities, focusing on the various partnership type models and nuances across them. The successful candidate will clearly understand all partnership models and how operational capabilities vary across them, while informing strategic development opportunities within the TR tech stack infrastructure to automate and expand partnership capabilities, while ensuring an optimal partner and customer experience.

This role requires close collaboration with the partnership team in a fast paced environment with changing priorities, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong project management and time management skills, deep operational expertise, and effective communication are critical. This position resides in the Commercial Excellence organization and reports to the Director Transformation & Commercial Policy Implementation.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Manager Partnership Commercial Strategy and Business Operations, you will:

  • Project manage open operational deliverables to execute in order to launch partnership, including material build framework and execution

  • Understand and execute operational capabilities and strategies for Partnerships, considering nuances across partnership models and TR tech stack infrastructure

  • Assist with risk and privacy assessment, pricing, material set up, billing, and partner payment model determination and workflow, with focus on standardizing and streamlining partnerships

  • Assess and inform when non-standard operational and tech stack processes should be considered

  • Inform strategic development opportunities within the TR tech stack infrastructure to automate and expand partnership capabilities

  • Document Operational Readiness action items and hold team accountable to deliverables and timelines

  • Optimize existing partnerships and explore opportunities for automation and simplification

  • Determine best practices and process to sunset existing partnerships

About You

You're a fit for the role of Manager Partnership Commercial Strategy and Business Operations if your background includes:

  • BA/BS degree required; advanced degree highly desirable

  • 5-8+ years of progressively responsible experience in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of TR operational capabilities and TR tech stack infrastructure

  • Strong project management skills related to planning and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously from the initial ideation through to completion, adhering to aggressive launch timelines

  • Ability to lead large enterprise wide virtual teams - requiring strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset, partnering with others to develop solutions

  • Ability to deploy influencing techniques to drive cross-functional alignment and manage change across broad audience

  • Strong communication and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities

  • Independently navigate fast paced environment of change, with strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficient in use of SAP, MS Office Suite and Microsoft Co-Pilot familiarity is beneficial

  • Knowledge of TR products and customer landscape a plus
