ROLE SUMMARY:

The Paid Social Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategy and execution across our paid social channels, with a concentration on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a proven paid social background with direct response experience, the ability to apply detailed knowledge to actionable insights, and astute attention to detail. This candidate will be comfortable executing, optimizing, and reporting on high-volume paid social direct response campaigns while ensuring that the budget is being allocated optimally across multiple platforms and initiatives. The Paid Social Manager will also work cross-functionally to keep teams informed of the overall acquisition strategy, troubleshooting, and prioritizing projects where needed. This role will also support the execution of new digital marketing vendors including opportunity evaluation, asset delivery, and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and own the global paid social strategy to align with digital goals and initiatives

  • Day to day management and optimization of various digital channels, focusing on Facebook and Instagram, as well as other platforms like Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit

  • Drive A/B and multivariate testing programs to continually improve performance across the marketing funnel including but not limited to biddings strategies, creative testing, and landing page optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance with regular data analysis to measure KPIs, trends, and provide meaningful insights

  • Identify areas of improvements and propose actionable solutions across our digital campaigns

  • Develop processes for analysis, actionable insights, and best practices

  • Maintain accurate budget & spending plan

  • Recommend, plan, and conduct testing opportunities to improve CPA/ROI/ROAS

  • Create briefs for Creative & Product teams to receive new assets to use within ads, and own feedback loops with cross-functional partners

  • Clearly communicate between the Acquisition Team, Strategic Analysis, Member Strategy + Engagement teams on campaign changes & performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Finance

  • 4+ years in related field, E-commerce and agency experience preferred

  • Digital media buying experience required

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of other digital marketing channels (Search, Display, Video, Native, etc.) and the media buying ecosystem

  • Proven success with direct response and e-commerce brands or companies

  • Understanding of media attribution

  • Familiar with cohorts and audience segmentation applied to targeting or ad personalization

  • Expert Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and Microsoft Excel preferred
