Position Summary:
The Manager of Organizational Change Management will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
Position Responsibilities May include;
Change Management Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between change management and project strategies.
Training: Design and deliver training programs related to SAP. Ensure that all users are equipped with the knowledge and skills to use the system effectively.
Communication: Develop a communication plan that keeps stakeholders informed about upcoming changes, reasons for the changes, and the benefits of successful change.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
Feedback Mechanism: Implement feedback loops with project teams and stakeholders. This includes monitoring the adoption of SAP, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to improve adoption rates.
Performance Metrics: Establish metrics to measure the success of the change management efforts. Track and report on these metrics regularly.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek feedback and find ways to improve the change management process, ensuring it remains effective and relevant.

Nature & Scope:
Ensures work is aligned with the Director's expectations, goals, and vision
Accountable for implementation of policies, processes, and procedures for short-term results
Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from Senior Manager/Director
Works on difficult to moderately complex issues and projects
Provides guidance and training to subordinates
Has authority to hire, recommend pay, establish performance and recommend for termination
Level of signing authority established by company policy/guidelines
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
Familiarity with IT project management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Understanding of SAP products and their capabilities
Support the design and deliver of training programs ensure effective use of SAP
Develop strategies to encourage user adoption through ongoing support and adoption metrics
Ability to work collaboratively with product owners, project managers during implementation
