The operations manager is accountable for the overall management and operational activities of the Perioperative, Cardiovascular, and Radiology Scheduling departments. Analyzes complex processes, familiarity with lean processes, Kronos and Epic.
Ability to create/utilize spreadsheets and other relevant computer applications and reporting. Additionally, responsible for the overall management and leadership of patient scheduling service. Monitor/analyze/leads daily workload/operations efficiencies, productivity, and the quality/integrity of operations/business data and reports to leadership. Demonstrate knowledge of surgery scheduling, including complex inpatient surgeries and other perioperative procedures.

Position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, Monday-Friday, core business hours, 40 hours per week, and occasional after-hours support per business needs.
