WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Monitor the completion of daily tasks to include safety/housekeeping checklists, process control conditions (temperature, pressure, level, etc.), regulatory/compliance monitoring (air, water, SQF, GMP), and other monitoring as needed
Oversee the execution of the daily production plan as provided by Chemical Operations Management
Lead, coach, guide, and develop the skill set of team members
Maintain high housekeeping standards for production facility.
Assist warehouse personnel with packaging, raw material, and product movements.
Other duties as assigned by upper management.
YOUR MUST HAVES:
OUR ENVIRONMENT:
The production environments consist of non-climate controlled operating areas.The operating areas will experience hot, cool, and/or humid environments.Personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn which exacerbates the hot and humid conditions.Work activities will include walking, stand, lifting, and forklift driving.Work hours can include overnight weekday and weekend shifts.
