Job Summary::

Assist in scheduling weekly work schedules and assigning work areas to food and beverage staff.

Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff.

Assist in shift checkout of staff and nightly revenue reports when assigned. Help ensuring outstanding customer service in the food and beverage department. Be familiar with all current and upcoming special events and promotions.

Ensures all health department policies and procedures are followed. Troubleshoots and resolves issues and provides direction for staff.

Minimum Requirements::

Fluent in English and possess basic math skills. Good communication skills.

Have some knowledge of bar product (liquor, wine and beer). Previous experience in Food and Beverage. A criminal background check and physical/drug testing are required as part of the on-boarding process.
