The Strategic Communication Manager is responsible for raising visibility of the company's strategy, goals and objectives with internal employees. Through the development of a strategic communication agenda, the SC Manager builds and executes communication campaigns to capture attention, inform, inspire and motivate employees. As a member of the Strategic Communications team, the SC Manager reports to the Director of Strategic Communication and serves as a partner to leadership, providing support, feedback and guidance on key communication initiatives.
Partner with a variety of internal clients to provide communication support for strategic business priorities including the development and execution of communication plans
Develop message sets aligned to the company strategy and develop communication collateral including presentations, talking points, emails, memorandums, and news stories to achieve specific objectives
Build internal communication strategies for organizational change management efforts
Lead campaign message development with diverse business functions across the operating company and parent company
Form strong relationships with internal leaders and serve as their communication advisor
Gather and summarize employee feedback on communication effectiveness
