The Work You Will Do
When we say "consumer interaction" at Epsilon Agency, we mean any channel that a consumer has an opportunity to come in contact with! It all starts with people data, to first understand our client's prospects and customers.
He/She will be part of the Consumer Interaction Activation Team and will be working in partnership with the Consumer Interaction Strategy Team to create the interaction activation plans specific to Paid Social. As the Paid Social Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will lead the development of Paid Social Strategy, negotiations, execution, optimization, and on-going campaign management. Overall, leveraging data-driven consumer insights for personalized and relevant marketing communication that is seamless integrated with other Paid and Owned channels that ensure a positive consumer experience across their journey.
This role will work across multiple clients and manage individuals both in the US and in Bangalore.
Strategic go-to for Paid Social, but also responsible for collaborating with those responsible for Owned Social to provide integrated solutions
Specific to Paid Social, translate client marketing challenges into tangible opportunities to impact bottom line and realize incremental revenues for Epsilon
Provides best practices and ensures the execution teams adheres to them
Regularly provides POVs and updates on trends in the industry
Oversees Paid Social execution and reporting
Manages relationships with 3rd party partners
Participates in weekly client status meetings
Identify opportunities for Epsilon to realize incremental revenues with current and prospective clients
Experience in both FMCG and Retail Categories
Experience in lead generation campaigns
Superior grasp of digital market trends and key consulting frameworks and concepts
Strong understanding on the role Social Plays in broader media mixes
Able to effectively demonstrate the value of performance metrics and measurement schemes, and optimize tactics to maximize returns
Experience with designing and executing test-and-learn frameworks
Innovative problem solver, able to challenge conventional approaches
Superior relationship skills, service oriented
Ability to work both independently and on cross-functional, diverse teams
Willing to roll-up their sleeves to make things happen.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Self-starter, ability to work independently and with minimal direction, comfortable with ambiguity of client challenges
Ability to tell a simple, smart story using data both verbally and in written presentations
Expert-level software knowledge including native social platforms (i.e. Facebook, Snap, Pinterest)
Expert-level software knowledge including manage service platforms (i.e. Adobe, Kenshoo)
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience
Prior agency, client-side, or social platform experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Certifications across key social platforms
