Manager Of Site Operations (Lenexa, KS)

Job Summary:

SumnerOne is seeking an experienced Manager of Site Operations to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations and strategic planning for multiple print center sites. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery, maintaining exceptional client satisfaction, and fostering the professional development of our site staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple print center sites

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Implement and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality

• Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching

• Client Relations:

• Maintain strong relationships with school district administrators and staff

• Address and resolve client issues and concerns

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction

• Financial Management:

• Monitor and manage operational budget

• Analyze financial reports and identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth

• Ensure profitability of site operations

• Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals

• Identify and implement opportunities for service expansion and improvement

• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on long-term planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a print or service-oriented environment

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple locations

• Strong client relationship management skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software

Working Conditions:

• This position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds

• The work environment may include exposure to noise, chemicals, and ink

• Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends during peak production periods
