Were currently looking for a Manager of Sales for our Account Management department to brings integrity and builds trust, someone with empathy and the ability to understand the customer viewpoint. We want a high achieving and results-oriented individual to bring to the table original solutions and lots of ideas.

What Youll Be Doing

People Management

  • Set targets, performance plans, and establish objective standards for the team
  • Coach, support and counsel individual sales reps in one-on-one weekly meetings
  • Unit the team: Ensure sales reps work as a positive unit and share best practices

Business Management

  • Determine sales quotas, targets and/or goals
  • Project and forecast revenue
  • Track team metrics and share with company leadership
  • Analyze data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.

Client Management

  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Resolve escalated customer issues regarding customer sales, service and success
  • Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans

Requirements

What Youll Need To Be Successful

  • Seven (7) or more years in a sales role with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
  • Two (2) or more years in a sales leadership capacity
  • Three (3) or more years in the technology market space
  • Experience partnering with enterprise accounts, and selling a SaaS product
  • Experience working in and with technology companies, particularly in the IT Training Industry
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field; MBA preferred

It Would Be Great if You Had

  • Masters Degree in Business
  • Over Five (5) years of experience in sales leadership
  • Documented experience helping a company grow
