We are looking for a Manager, Sales Development & Operations to join our marketing team.

This person ensures the SDR team's performance meets the company's standards. They will focus on leading with empathy and care in order to create qualified opportunities for the sales teams. They will train other members of the team and take on operational and administrative tasks to help the team succeed. This person should be the source of knowledge and best practices amongst the SDR and BDR's, mentoring and creating sales strategies to help the team succeed.

As a Manager, Sales Development & Operations in JFrog you will...

  • Train and mentor SDR team members to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities.

  • Provide consistent coaching and feedback to enhance SDR team performance.

  • Plan for the hiring and onboarding of new SDR members when needed.

  • Collaborate closely with the demand generation team to provide feedback on MQL's and campaign effectiveness.

  • Work closely with the sales and other members of the BDR leadership team to enhance opportunity management and qualification process.

  • Partner with content, marketing program managers, product marketing and operations to help develop effective messaging that converts inbound interest into qualified pipeline.

  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment.

  • Drive improvements and management of all salesloft cadences, and driftbot cadences.

  • Collaborate with global enablement function to develop training programs, materials, and resources to help sales teams improve their skills and knowledge.

  • Collecting, analyzing, and presenting sales data to support decision-making processes and improve inbound and outbound lead funnel.

  • Create ongoing salesforce reports aligned with inbound and outbound sales funnel, ability to analyze top lead sources and prioritizing lead funnels of team.

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors where appropriate

To be a Manager, Sales Development & Operations in JFrog you need...

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience

  • Proven working experience in salesloft, outreach or similar

  • Experience in sales operations and/or marketing automation software preferred

  • Understanding of B2B software, Open Source software, and the developer product space is preferred

  • Leadership, management, and mentoring skills

  • Strategic planning skills

  • Enthusiasm, integrity, and commitment to excellence

  • Proficient in SFDC (CRM Platform) reporting and analytics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

  • Ability to identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest alternative solutions

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.

  • This position has a base salary range between $117,000 to $128,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.

  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

  • JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.

  • Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
